"This was a great place to stay. Lots of good restaurants nearby. It is a quiet area and we had a nice view of the trees. The pool is about a two minute walk at most. Everything inside was clean. We will return here next time."

Mountains, Beach or Palm Springs? It’s hard to choose so we have them all! Learned to ski in mammoth & big bear while growing up and are now passing it on. Love every season in the mountains just as much as winters. Palm Springs is a magical destination: views, salt water, cold beverage and stir! Happy to share our little pieces of mountain, desert or beach paradise with your family.

Where you’ll be

Your townhome luxury retreat is among the trees. Walk a bit down to the meadow and spot a deer, or up to the amazing million dollar views at the bluff to enjoy a swing on the provided bench (in summer!).

Once you go on Main St., Old Mammoth, Minaret and Meridian, you’re a local!! Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, Mammoth Lakes has a ton of winter and summer activities to satisfy everyone in your group.

When summer is here, enjoy amazing biking and hiking trails and explore all the beauty of 50+ lakes in the immediate area. The condo is a great home base to leave your stuff while exploring Yosemite, Inyo, and the rest of the Sierra. We generally come back here for a day or so when we’re done camping in French Camp, or Yosemite and after getting muddy and sweaty on the bike trails, a hot shower feels great. And the golf course is nearby to the condo so there’s no excuse for not hitting a bucket of balls or a quick 18.

Free Mammoth Shuttle runs during winter, just walk across the street and it’s two stops to/from Eagle Lodge and Juniper Springs. From Eagle, take the Yellow Line directly to the village. Getting around Mammoth via shuttle bus, bike or car is very easy, with shuttles running every 15 minutes on winter weekends.

During summer the town maintains a set of paved bike trails making it scenic and fun to get around with the whole family. Walk across the street to Sierra Star golf course to play free horseshoes, practice your putting, or just enjoy a drink at the bar and grill.
