Fully updated private mountain home steps from Eagle Lodge (20 min walk) or FREE green line shuttle out your door is 2 short stops to the slopes. 3 full baths, 3 levels, & 3 separate bedroom areas (2Br + 3rd Loft Br.) Sleeps 7 in luxury, 8 Ok.
2 Bedroom + 3rd Loft Bedroom, 3 Bath with shuttle stop #50 literally right out the door (runs in winter) and always a short 650m walk to Eagle Lodge (20 minutes). Across the street from the beautiful Sierra Star golf course. Recently remodeled private townhome among the trees.
The townhome is clean and fresh with modern amenities, but keeps a homey mountain feel. We just put in streaming amazon fire sticks on all 4 HDTVs and linked up Netflix and Amazon Prime for your viewing pleasure.
Beware of illegal rentals. The town’s TOT tax is an unfortunate necessary addition in order to run a legal business. Business Certificate # 7957.
The first level has a mudroom entry, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master has a king bed, 40″ flat screen HDTV, and its own new designer copper slate and granite bathroom. The other downstairs guest room has a queen bed, large 32″ flatscreen TV, and its own remodeled bath access with custom mammoth mirror by a local artist.
The middle level features dining for 8, remodeled full bath, remodeled kitchen with granite and stainless. Plus, there is a cozy living room with wood burning fireplace/woodstove, and a balcony among the trees. We ordered a cord of firewood, so plenty of freshly cut wood is provided FREE for your use (until it runs out!, then just let us know and we’ll order more.)
Finally the top, private loft has custom log furniture that features one queen bed, one twin bed and one hidden additional twin mattress (***no sheets included for 8th guest***) that is stored under the queen. A large 32″ flatscreen with 2 older game systems (a wii and gamecube) keep the upper occupants entertained.
Easily sleeps 7 adults (8 ok, not ideal: last person gets the extra twin mattress that we keep under the queen without sheets!) Ideal for 2 families where the kids get their own loft oasis while the parents enjoy the privacy of the first floor.
Guests access the entire townhome, and the community areas of the meadowridge complex. In each of the 3 baths, spa quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided for your use in eco-friendly pumps. Access to the sparkling pool, jacuzzi, sauna, showers, grill, tennis court, bench swing on the bluff view and lounge area is shared with the condo complex. (Amenities are seasonal, but the outdoor hot tub among the trees is available year round!)

Mountains, Beach or Palm Springs? It’s hard to choose so we have them all! Learned to ski in mammoth & big bear while growing up and are now passing it on. Love every season in the mountains just as much as winters. Palm Springs is a magical destination: views, salt water, cold beverage and stir! Happy to share our little pieces of mountain, desert or beach paradise with your family.

Where you’ll be
Your townhome luxury retreat is among the trees. Walk a bit down to the meadow and spot a deer, or up to the amazing million dollar views at the bluff to enjoy a swing on the provided bench (in summer!).
Once you go on Main St., Old Mammoth, Minaret and Meridian, you’re a local!! Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, Mammoth Lakes has a ton of winter and summer activities to satisfy everyone in your group.
When summer is here, enjoy amazing biking and hiking trails and explore all the beauty of 50+ lakes in the immediate area. The condo is a great home base to leave your stuff while exploring Yosemite, Inyo, and the rest of the Sierra. We generally come back here for a day or so when we’re done camping in French Camp, or Yosemite and after getting muddy and sweaty on the bike trails, a hot shower feels great. And the golf course is nearby to the condo so there’s no excuse for not hitting a bucket of balls or a quick 18.
